Walter was commissioned by Clinton AB, a measurement consultant, to develop a BIM model based on a laser scan. Our task was to model the roof attic of the apartment building for future renovation which required up-to-date documentation.
The requested LOD was as-built, which requested high precision and accuracy and it made this task for Walter’s team more interesting due to timber roof construction and irregular walls, and MEP equipment.
