Walter was commissioned by Clinton AB, a measurement consultant, to develop a BIM model based on Point Cloud. BIM model was developed for two schools: old and new building and the following was modeled:
- LOD 200
- Content development of windows, doors and other building elements
- Materials were not assigned
- Gutters and all the elements on the roof were created
- Generic families were placed for sanitary equipment
