As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a full-time BIM Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical) to join our team in Mostar or Sarajevo with flexible hybrid working model with a balance of office collaboration and remote work. The ideal candidate has experience working in Revit, excellent English skills, and a desire to contribute to complex international MEP projects alongside leading global clients and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining BIM models in Revit for Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
- Producing accurate 3D models and project documentation in accordance with project requirements and company standards.
- Understanding, analyzing, and interpreting technical documentation, drawings, and design information for BIM model development.
- Working within multidisciplinary BIM project environments and collaborating with international project teams.
- Participating in BIM coordination activities, clash detection processes, and model reviews.
- Ensuring model quality, accuracy, and compliance with project BIM standards and client requirements.
- Supporting project planning, estimations, and delivery activities in accordance with established procedures.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of BIM workflows, standards, and best practices.
- Mentoring junior team members and sharing technical knowledge within the team.
- Participating in professional development programs, training sessions, and industry-related workshops.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience working on BIM projects using Autodesk Revit. Plant 3D knowledge is an additional advantage.
- Good understanding of BIM processes, project coordination, and multidisciplinary design environments.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Experience working on international projects and collaborating with remote teams is considered an advantage.
