Mechanical Engineer, Sarajevo – 1 position available
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a focus on HVAC systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of HVAC principles, along with experience in system design, energy efficiency, and installation processes. Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology is a strong advantage. Your daily responsibilities will include:
• Designing and developing HVAC systems for commercial and residential projects while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Applying load calculations and energy modelling to optimise the performance and efficiency of HVAC systems
• Collaborating with architects, civil engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems into building designs
• Preparing detailed technical documentation, including system layouts, equipment specifications, and design reports
• Providing technical support during the construction phase, including drawing reviews and quality control assurance
• Participating in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and project progress
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HVAC system design and engineering
• Strong understanding of HVAC load calculations, system sizing, and energy modelling
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders
Preferred (but not mandatory):
• Proficiency in Revit software
